Originally from New Bern, NC, Cheryl moved around a lot while she was growing up because her father was a Marine. This experience taught her the discipline and organizational skills essential for a successful real estate career—the career she pursued after settling in Raleigh during the 1960s. Since then, she’s combined her knowledge of the area with her education in real estate to organize countless clients’ transactions all the way through to closing.
Cheryl Wilder has over three decades’ experience in the real estate industry, and graduated from both the Ward School of Business and the Fonville Morisey School of Real Estate. Over the years, she has earned several additional designations that enhance her ability to serve buyers and sellers; a few of these include Accredited Buyers Representative, Certified Real Estate Specialist, and REALTORS® Institute Graduate. As a widely known member of the community, she was honored as the Wake Forest Chamber of Commerce Ambassador of the Year.
She participates actively as a member of many professional organizations, including: Raleigh Regional Association of REALTORS®, NC State Association of REALTORS®, National Association of REALTORS® and the Women’s Council of REALTORS®.
